Who we are

Offr AI ("we", "us") provides a web platform and Chrome extension that help real estate investors analyze property listings.

What we collect

• Account info: email, phone (for verification), hashed password via Supabase Auth.
• Search & analysis history you generate inside the app or extension.
• Selected property text you explicitly send us via the "Analyze with Offr AI" action.
• Billing info handled by Stripe (we never store card numbers).

Chrome extension

The extension only sends data to our servers when you explicitly trigger an action (highlight + Analyze, or Save). It never reads pages passively, does not track browsing, does not sell data, and does not use cookies for advertising. The activeTab, contextMenus, and scripting permissions are used exclusively to inject the analysis panel on the tab you activate.

Data sharing

We share the minimum data required with our processors: Supabase (auth + database), Stripe (payments), Lovable AI Gateway (LLM inference), Firecrawl (web scraping), and RentCast (comps). We do not sell personal data.
